• Mega-GA emulsifies and disperses food ingredients of high quality with a wide range of food additives.

 

GMS (NSE) Application
Monoglyceride content 70% min and 95% min.

• Mega-GA is an excellent lubricant, which reduces friction between the polymer molecules, thereby reducing the polymer melt viscosity and improving their mobility.

• In combination with common protective colloids, at very low usage levels Mega-GA affects the porous structure of the PVC granules. It increases the internal surface area of the PVC granules, thereby favoring the absorption of plasticizers. Further it displays a dense distribution of the granules and reduces speck formation (fish eyes) in end products of PVC.

• Mega-GA provides transparency and works as a lubricant for PVC.

• Mega-GA is a new generation, high activity Nitrogen-free Antistat / Lubricant, especially effective in providing static electricity control in a large variety of thermoplastic polymers like polypropylene polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride.

• Mega-GA is used as an effective antistatic agent in polyolefin based Antistatic Master batches.

• Mega-GA disperses dyes & pigment in all master batches.
